In-House Warranty

Our in-house warranty provides 3 months of coverage for the mechanical functions of the movement.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, water damage, damage caused by impact or misuse, or any issues arising from servicing or repairs performed by unauthorised parties.

Brand / Agent Warranty

For watches that remain covered under the brand or authorised agent’s warranty, any warranty related matters will be referred directly to the respective brand boutique or authorised service centre, in accordance with their warranty terms and conditions.

No. All goods are sold under the Gross Margin Scheme (GMS). Under this scheme, neither the seller nor the buyer is permitted to claim input tax on these goods.

Transit time depends on the destination, and typically runs a few working days by express courier once the piece is dispatched. Every shipment is fully insured and tracked.

Import duty and taxes charged on arrival are the buyer's responsibility. Tell us where you are and we will confirm the timeframe and cost before you commit.

By consigning your timepiece with us, we aim to help you achieve your desired asking price while reaching a wider pool of potential buyers.

Our consignment period is a minimum of 30 days, with no additional consignment fees. A modest markup will be applied to your agreed take back price.
